The fifth outing for the year was also Captain’s Day. And for the first time in the history of the Society, we had a lady hosting the day as Breda Travers had her big day. 34 eager golfers mad the trip on what turned out to be a stern test, with quite a strong wind and tricky greens. Winner on the day was Lorcan Harrison, taking his third victory and first “major”.
