Esker Hills was the venue for our second outing for 2015 and despite the long journey there was another great turnout of 31 golfers. We were very fortunate with the weather, with temperatures in the mid teens and no rain or wind to contend with.

Overall winner was Tommy Aherne with 39 points, a clear 4 points ahead of Colm Loftus in second. Declan Loftus won the High Handicap section ahead of Dessie Doyle, with Breda Travers taking the honours in the Ladies section ahead pf Brid Sullivan. The average score for the 31 returned cards was 27.2 down considerably from 32.81 for the previous outing in Strandhill.
