The superb Sligo links course Enniscrone  hosted  the societies second outing of the year over the Easter weekend on Saturday 31st March. 27 players made the trip the west coast course on what was a fine morning with a slight breeze that would be welcomed by most whilst trying to keep the ball in play on the many tight  fairways rather than looking for balls in or on  the very unforgiving long grassed hilly dunes.

Congratulations goes to the days overall winner  Enda Mc Gloin for shooting 40 points and  now see’s Enda with his  5th overall outing win  taking him into the top half of the societies ‘Most Victories’ list.

A really fantastic effort also came from Alan Carty who has recently joined the society after recently  taking up the game saw him just 1 point short of a possible win.  Well done Alan  for winning the days High Handicap category,  it’s great to see!  The Mens low category saw Niall Loftus take the prize with 36 points with runner up Padraic Mc Shera scoring 31 points. The Ladies Category saw Patricia Bohen take 1st  prize with Kathleen Loftus taking the Runner Up Spot with 29 points.
