Longford Golf Club was the venue for our third outing for 2014. There was an excellent turnout of 31 golfers, including 7 ladies. There was a strong wind throughout the entire round with the odd shower also. Overall winner on the day was Jason Loftus with 39 points, with Vincent McMorrow just one point behind in second. Breda Travers took the honours in the Ladies section with vice-captain Lorcan Harrison coming out on top in the High Handicap section.

The average score of all completed rounds was 28.77 points.
