Strandhill was the location last Saturday for the second outing of 2024.  A course that has produced big scores in the past, 24 eager golfers looked to bag an early season score to count for the various Golfer of the Year competitions. However, just like the first outing in Bundoran, playing conditions were very difficult with a severe wind added to occasional showers. Despite this, one player managed to overcome the elements, with Vincent McMorrow the runaway winner with a brilliant 41 points. The outing was very kindly sponsored by Declan & Kathleen Loftus.
